A representative overview before you commit

The public directory is not the full catalogue.

It is a representative overview of channel names, countries, regions, and programme types. The broader subscription package includes additional channels and coverage across more countries worldwide.

Duration first, connections second

These starting prices are for one connection. One connection means one device streaming at a time. The full Plans page compares 1–5 simultaneous connections across every duration.

Connections count active streams

Choose how many devices need to play at the same time. More than five connections calls for a Custom Plan — use Contact Us to describe what you need.

Start with the one-connection Free Trial

The public Channels directory is only an overview. A trial helps you explore current service availability before requesting a longer subscription, without any promise that a specific channel will remain available.

  1. Share your country or region and preferred device.
  2. Submit the secure one-connection request.
  3. Follow the confirmed account and setup reply.

View all FAQs
What does one connection mean?

One connection means one simultaneous active stream, so one device streams at a time. You choose how many simultaneous streams you need, from one to five.

Is the public Channels directory the full catalogue?

No. It shows representative examples of channel names, countries, regions, and programme types. The broader subscription package includes additional channels and coverage across more countries worldwide.

What if a channel or country is not shown?

Its absence from the public overview does not mean it is unavailable. Start the one-connection Free Trial to explore current availability, view Plans for the broader package, or contact Support to check a specific channel, country, or regional option.

Can I request a Free Trial?

Yes. The Free Trial is fixed at one simultaneous connection and asks for basic contact, country or region, and device details so the reply can include relevant setup context.

Which devices can I use?

The tutorials cover Android TV, Fire TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Apple TV, MAG-style set-top boxes, iOS and Android phones and tablets, Windows, and Mac. Choose the guide by operating system rather than screen brand.

How does a subscription request work?

Choose a subscription duration and simultaneous connection count on the Plans page, submit the Subscribe form, and review the calculated USD summary before sending. G2G IPTV then replies with the account and setup information for your request.

Why is my channel list or guide still loading?

Programme information and channel data can take a short time to finish loading the first time. Keep the player open until the first refresh completes, check the supplied values for accidental spaces, and restart the player once. If it stays empty, contact Support with your device and player name.
